The fuel dock at Marina Cabo San Lucas was designed and built in accordance with the highest international standards.The facility safely provides high quality marine diesel and gasoline. As an example of the care with which the Marina treats its fuel, diesel is centrifugally filtered before it is loaded into the fiberglass tanks, monitored for any water or impurities, both physically and electronically, and then filtered as it is drawn from the tanks.
The fuel dock has pumps, nozzles, and fittings of various sizes and can even fuel megayachts at 100 gallons per minute. It is no wonder that many of the 70-passenger cruise liners avidly found along the Baja coast in the winter have made Marina Cabo San Lucas their fueling stop. The fuel dock accepts MasterCard and Visa and boasts some of the lowest prices in Baja, California.

The fuel dock at Marina Cabo San Lucas is equipped with:
- Centrifugal diesel machines
- Diesel storage tanks with capacity of 50,000 gallons
- Gasoline storage tanks with capacity of 10,000 gallons
- One high-flow diesel dispenser with a flow of 250 gallons per minute
- Three diesel dispensers with two nozzles each (five with a flow of 25 gallons per minute and one with a flow of 50 gallons per minute)
- One gasoline dispenser with two nozzles and a flow of 15 gallons per minute
